Heat Sealing Machine
Each sealing machine requires one heater set to operate. Heater set includes the top heating element with film cutting blades and the bottom plate which holds the trays in place, ready to be sealed.
Heater Sets
Interchangeable heater sets enable different trays to be sealed by same machine, and are easily changeable, with the process taking less than 30 seconds.
Sealing Films
Films are contained in a food grade box. Box sits
on the top of machine allowing the film to enter through a narrow slit at the bottom of the box.
PP Trays
Over 200 tray options are available.
Fully Automatic
Simply place the tray on the machine to activate the sensor, and the sealing process will begin. Once the tray is sealed the machine presents the sealed try for removal.
Easy to Use
One operator can operate up to four machines at a time reducing the need for additional labor.
Professional Finish
Enterpack offers a film profile cut for a professional finish with the ability to punch a tiny hole in the sealing film to alleviate the pressure caused by hot foods.
